Karen founded Rehabilitation Professionals, Inc. in 1981, which became known as Stricklett & Associates, Inc. in 1996.  Karen has worked in the field of vocational rehabilitation since 1979. She currently supervises case services, manages the company and handles a specialized caseload.  Her areas of expertise include assessing employability and earning capacity.
